Because of 2 older rude French staff, I would prefer to go elsewhere. While waiting for prescriptions, I have left and returned after the appropriate amount of waiting time told. I have asked the lady if my prescription was ready and she looked very annoyed and ignored me. She would call the next person's prescription that was ready in the basket. A smile wouldn't hurt either.
