Until it came to delivery and now having to deal with \"Whitney\" for a replacement piece for the love seat I purchased. It has now been 2 months since I received a broken love seat from this company... I immediately contacted them via their email address for warranty claims. The love seat I received is damaged and cannot be sat on for safety reasons all that is needed is one replacement piece. After going through all the motions to have this piece replaced I was told the piece would be available on a Saturday.. after calling to set up a pick up time (since this company refuses to re deliver a piece to replace the damaged one they sent me.) The young African American man on the line was so sincere and apologized that he was not made aware of my account at all and that he was rarely included in any info about the exchanges.. he even mentioned that it frustrated him and that he would do some investigation and get back to me. Which he never did.. when I went to e-mail \"Whitney\" again to ask why this is still unresolved I was met with rude and condescending argument. When I made mention of the terrible customer service I stoped receiving any communication. And Still have a piece of furniture that is a safety concern for my family. I would never suggest anyone do any business with this company."^^ .
