"I originally had a very bad experience with this dealership. I started leaving reviews explaining in detail what they did. I was not happy. \n\nI had an accident and really needed a specific estimate done so I decided to give them another chance. Plus, a friend of mine is a famous photographer and doubles as a test driver for infiniti and I really like the car itself. \n\nThe service writer at the park place location gave me an estimate. But, he bold face lied to my insurance adjuster by telling my insurance different information than what he told me. \n\nI had a $350 full point inspection done at Glendale. Two months later, I was involved in an accident. I brought my car to park place to have that specific estimate done and the service writer, Kevin LaRue, explained that there was about $4000 worth of damage inside separate from the $1000 body damage outside. Although SOME was regular maintenance, more than half was what he told me was a result of the accident. I had the work done and when my insurance called to confirm how the damage happened, he changed his story and said it was normal wear and tear...so, how does the Glendale $350 full inspection find absolutely nothing and only 2 months later ( after an accident ), there's $4000 worth of wear and tear???\n\nSomething isn't right and the love for my car is dying with all of this lying and sucking more and more money out of me.\n\nDuring the long wait for the first estimate, I saw Kevin having some major personal issues because his phone was constantly ringing and texts were flooding in. It sounded like an angry ex from what I gathered with his convos while I was sitting there. Get a grip, dude, don't answer while at work and ESPECIALLY when right in front of a customer. I might not have cared if you didn't turn around and bold face lie, but you did. You gave me no respect by thinking my time isn't important and then try to turn around like a sniveling thief and lie. And, I'm not the only one. I remember waiting for my car and seeing other customers getting upset. The mechanic being called to bring out that customers car, was joking around over the radio while the customer was standing right there. He looked very upset as would I be. And, that happened AGAIN on another occasion with a lady and they brought the wrong car out. \n\nUnbelievable??? Go ahead and see what I'm talking about. This place is a joke and so is the Glendale location so I'm convinced that infiniti has completely dropped their standards.\n\nYears ago I had only good experiences at a different dealership in San Diego. I had a hard time believing that infiniti would carry business in this manner that gave me such a bad taste in my mouth. I was even more surprised after I tried to handle the problems I was having, with the corporate office. They did absolutely nothing!!!\n\nInfinity has sunken to horrible service. I've been having problems since the day I bought the car and this time, I'm convinced to never do any type of business with any of the dealerships again. Mad because I actually like the vehicles but, wow, just straight up crooks. I would trust a Tijuana corner lot dealership more than these guys."^^ . "1"^^ . . . "2015-12-18T00:00:00"^^ . "1"^^ .
