Not sure, but the nails sucked too.\n\nMe and my friend went to have a girls afternoon, and she said she had been there before and the guy did her nails really well, because she's picky and gets them done a certain way. Well, he wasn't there.\n\nThe same girl did both mine and my friends, and I was extremely disappointed. There is purple nail polish still under my acrylic nails that you can see. When I go to get my nails done, I figure they would take it all off, well suppose not. I then asked her if she would be able to get it off because I didn't know until the acrylic was already on, and she said \"Yes, of course. With the file.\" or something to that point. And she got acrylic all over mine and my friends hands. I felt like I stuck my fingers in a bottle of glue. And it's been a day and I'm still peeling chunks off.\n\nThen, I felt like my fingers were getting singed off with the drill. She cut up mine and my friends fingers on all sides with her crazy drilling. I should have walked out, because after that they put Acetone on my fingers to get all the acrylic off, and it burned pretty bad from where all the scratches were.\n\nAfter she finished my nails (uneven in length, some round, some square), she was putting the gel on my friends, and my friend told me she said, \"Since I jacked up yours and your friends nails I only charge you $30 (regular price $40), you should call first, takes too long, guy does it better.\" \n\nI usually tip for EVERYTHING, because I work for tips, and I know the feeling of not getting any, but I refused. I won't tip for work that someone rushed through, and messed up the majority of what we asked her to do.\n\nI got a text from my friend last night telling me that a few of hers were already cracked and lifted. She's going back to get a refund."^^ . . "0"^^ .
