It will only get more crowded as development is planned for the area. Waitstaff tries hard but I don't think management helps them much.  Line-ups can get pretty crazy first thing in the morning..unfortunately they don't have enough staff sometimes to help out. Comfy chairs to have a nice catch up with someone.  I like the dog friendly patio to meet up with friends in the summer. It's very relaxing & sunny.
