"This is our neighborhood target that we've shopped at since they first opened. Lately the store is dirty with merchandise strewn across the store. The shoe racks were covered with pillows. Packages of socks were all dumped in the aisles. Not to mention the lack of stock on the shelves! I'm so disappointed at how fast this sore became a pit!
