The company had not contacted to report if or when the services person would be arriving and the hours was 3:00 pm. I made contacted with this company to inquire about the time the services person would be arriving. Long story short I received the run around until 6:15pm. The issues (the person who answered the phone was unable to track the services person, could not inform me when and if the person would arrive to my home, stated they do not know where the person is and have no way to track his whereabouts). \n\nJesse the services person showed up at my residence at 6:15 pm, he did not introduce himself to me; the first thing that came out of his mouth was \"I need the $100 service fee before I can look at any service request\" he then requested my driver's licenses. As I was standing waiting in the 115 degree garage in the State of Arizona he was sitting with the door open in his truck texting. Once he returned to the garage 5 minutes later he unscrewed the caps off my hot water heater, he took pictures and proceeded to come into my house to look at the garbage disposal.\nHe then had me sign a yellow service document and stated he was going outside to contact my warranty company with the results; he drove off and never returned to the house to report the outcome. \n\nProblem Jesse left my hot water heater exposed with wires hanging out uncovered!\nHe left me with the yellow copy stating the heater need to be replaced!\nHe reported to my home warranty company the hot water heater was \"tampered with, electrical wires cut, and damage not normal wear and tear\". \n\nI was outraged when the warranty company denied my claim. However, they offered a second opinion which worked out great. \n\nThis day was a night mare, I had a bad feeling when Jesse left my home, and made a complaint that night. Very unprofessional"^^ . .
