"2017-09-13T00:00:00"^^ . . "I made a yelp account just so i could write a review on this company. \n\nWe purchased a brand new Kitchenaid refrigerator (at $3,400 that is broken already...) and when we got it the water spout was not working and was leaking all over the inside of the fridge. Due to the warranty with RC Willy we must have this incompetant repair shop come and fix it. This happened 4 weeks ago.....the technician will be coming out for the FIFTH time to try and fix our fridge. \n\nThe first appointment we had with the technician we described in detail what our problem was, apparently what he comprehended was that it was our ice box not working, therefore not creating ice.....our ice machine was working and was making ice but he did not listen. He scheduled as appointment with us to come back when he received a part for the fridge. My husband and i are both military and work 7-5, for the second appointment I had to take leave to be here for the appointment.....he never showed. I called the company and they contacted the technician who stated \"Oh ya....i forgot to call them and cancel.\" I TOOK A DAY OF LEAVE FOR THIS! I didn't even receive an apology. So when he shows the day after for the appointment (which i had to take a second day of leave for) he \"fixed\" the ice maker (which was never broken\" and packed up and started heading out. I stopped him and asked if he was done and he said it \"should\" work now....I told him to wait and i proceeded to fill up my cup of water, i opened up the refrigerator door and WOW it was leaking still! He looked completely dumb founded and proceeded to call someone to ask what was wrong with my fridge. I should have requested a new tech at that moment. So he states that it is a valve issue and schedules an appointment specifically on a weekend so i don't have to take leave but shocker i received a phone call to reschedule because the part was not in so my husband had to take leave now to be here today for the appointment. The same technician puts the new valve in and when he is done he gets to the door after he is finished and my husband stops him and asks if he is done. They tech again states yes it \"should\" work now. HE DOESN'T EVEN CHECK TO MAKE SURE HE FIXED THE PROBLEM. My husband goes and fills up a cup of water, opens the door and WOW there is now leaking in 5 different areas of my fridge. After trying to fix the four leaking areas and pouring more water into my fridge he did not even tell us that there was a mess in our fridge nor clean it up. After the tech scheduled a fifth appointment I called the company to complain and request for a new tech. Now Ryan is coming out but we did not receive an apology for the past appointments nor did they reassure us that the problem would be fixed and we will have excellent service with our new tech. Very disappointed in Kitchenaid for choosing an incompetent repair shop and disappointed in the repair shop for being so terrible.\n\nEDIT: so my husband just looked at the part the he replaced today. What the tech is coming to fix this weekend is a cord that plugs into this thing (I'm not sure what these parts are) and he told us that the cord was not long enough....in the part that he replaced today is a CUT PIECE OF CORD left in the part. The tech cut the cord and that is why the cord will not reach the new part......I'm not making this shit up..... this is absolutely ridiculous. I have never been so angry. I have pictures of the old part with some of the cord still in it but I can not figure out how to upload a picture..."^^ . "2"^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . . . "1"^^ .
