If it weren't for the fact that I have to come here to get change for the store I work at, I would never come here at all.\n\nFirst off, the lines are RIDICULOUS. There have been times when I'm in line for more than 45 minutes because they'll have only 1 teller working. Oh, but they have sufficient payroll for a greeter. -.- I agree with the dozens of random customers I've been in line with, THERE'S NO NEED FOR A GREETER. Please employ more tellers! Your customer needs it and cannot always wait 45+ minutes because you only have one teller working. Not only that, but there are two tellers who are always really helpful when I do go in, and the weight of all these upset customers shouldn't fall on them, but on management.\n\nSecondly, I was pretty ticked off today because I got a rude teller by the name of Nick. He gave me attitude the entire time I was there and was so inconsiderate. The other tellers who have helped me have been very friendly and welcoming, always asking \"Is there anything else I can help you with today?\" and just in general maintaining a certain level of customer service. Towards the end I asked him if he still had the yellow receipt from the deposit bag because my store needed it and THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO GIVE IT BACK TO ME, and with an attitude he responded, \"Uh, no.\" I gave him the iciest, Miranda Priestly death glare I could manage and said, \"OH. OKAY.\" To which he finally realized what I was talking about and fished it out of the trash can. Get some manners and focus on doing your job correctly and efficiently! I get that being a teller isn't the most entertaining job in the world, but that's the thing, YOU APPLIED FOR IT! Lose the attitude while you're at it as well. No customer appreciates it.\n\nWhile I'm at it, beware of the greeting lady. I've seen her be very rude to customers and snapping at them. I always try to steer clear of her and avoid eye contact because she annoys me so much when she starts asking people waiting in line what they're there for and trying to make it seem as though she's being friendly, but it's the fakest gesture I've seen in a while. Patience is a virtue, so if you're gonna make your guests wait so long in line, expect some of them to get upset and want to ask you questions.\n\nUGH. Idk where BoA found some of these people, but I'm over it. OVER IT. Too bad I'm stuck coming to this bank so long as I work for the store I work for. Le sigh.\n\nOh, also, ZERO STARS."^^ . "1"^^ .
