However they continue to disappoint me every time I visit there. They are clearly the worst Toyota dealership in town. I'm very specific with the truck and options I want but they seem even unwilling to try and get that. Every conversation starts with them asking about how much I'm going to pay for this vehicle- thats before they even know if they can get me what I want! The other dealers in town at least have been working with me to try and order the truck I want before they've even asked how I'm going to pay or what I'm going to pay. They aren't so cost-focused because customer service comes first. \n\nI don't even know how Centennial Toyota stays in business but they will severely need to change their sales practices before I do business with them. I'm at the point where I won't even bother going in there even just to window shop because they are so awful. Every conversation turns to money very quickly, not options, not model types, not performance or safety features... they all about the money. Oh and the best part was when they did give me an offer it was literally thousands of dollars above the other dealers first offer, which you know is always higher than what you're going to actually pay. This dealership is such a joke. I would give it zero stars if that were even possible. Don't waste your time!\n\nThe other Toyota dealers in Vegas are ok and in my 18 yr here they vary in service and deals every few years but if you want to spend the time to get a great deal or buy a vehicle with very specific options I highly recommend Stephen Wade Toyota in St. George. They blew away every other dealer in town w/o even haggling with them (saved me $500), fees are lower, found my specific truck faster and were WAY more knowledgeable than any of the others in town."^^ .
