Even on a weekday (Thur @ 9AM) to be exact, inside was already full but outside was empty - so no wait at all, and with the nice warm Tempe winter weather, I was perfectly happy to be outside with my sunglasses and a heat lamp on. \n\nOthers in my party ordered americanos or other fancy coffee from the barrista (which I am normally all about) but I just got their house coffee, which was great.
