With platinum status you get free upgrades when available. Apparently it was available and they upgraded us to a king suite. When we opened the door of the room it was apparent that someone had smoked in our nonsmoking room. It was bad really bad. My fianc\u00E9 and I are non smokers. Also the room was a handicap room which being non handicap makes me feel awkward. So we asked for another room but she said that would not be possible because they were sold out.  She did offer us some spray and we tried to open the windows but nothing was helping.
