I contacted them the following day and was told that we were out of luck, nothing could be done. After a month now I finally speak to the manager Chase. He said that he would speak to his \"DM\" and call me back. Chase told me that he couldn't do anything except to discount everything we purchased until the amount of the chlorine was offset. After another 3 or 4 days, I still had not heard from him so I called him back. Again I was told that he hadn't spoken to his DM and that he still had my name and number and would call me. Today I called AGAIN, now 2 weeks has past and I was told someone was supposed to call me back, and of corse no one did. It's now been over 6 weeks and still we have been ignored. \n\nChase said that since it's now been over 14 days and they can't do anything and I don't have my receipt. But it's in their computer and we have been calling since it was purchased. This was about $120 of chlorine and they won't stand up to their products. \n\nFor over 15 years we have used Leslie's and have spent thousands of thousands of dollars there. This will be the LAST dollar we spend at this place and I will make it my goal to share this story with all of my friends in real estate, construction and anyone else that has a need for pool supplies AND anyone that will listen!"^^ . .
