Please bring more than enough water there's a middle stop where a former hiker named john that leaves water for people since he dealt with a family death for dehydration on this trail. Coming back I ran out of water and I'm truly thankful for him and what he does! You do have to climb boulders and use ropes to get to the hot springs and the Colorado river is at the end make sure to bring good shoes with grip and that can get wet you'll go through water. Make sure to make stops relax, enjoy it and stay hydrated. Got some gnarly bruises but I would come back again"^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
