The customer service was exceed all expectations (even for a high-end store).  Everyone from the security guard to the manager welcomed me and ensured I had what I needed.  \n\nThey went above and beyond what was necessary especially considering I was there for some minor, low cost watch maker assistance.\n\nTop shelf, first class.
