(Service in the restaurant has always been excellent for me.)\n\nJust to let you know, I love Zinburger. But I think I just happened to pick a bad day. Got to my desk and started to eat...but there was a few problems.... no sauce for the fries (pus they were soggy because they weren't vented for the heat), no napkins, and the burger was not cooked the way I had asked. \n\nMAJOR Kudos to Tim the manager...after I called he took care of the problem.
