I made an appointment online and got there roughly 15 minutes early. Long story short it took an hour to get help. I know that's not the associates fault or the tech teams fault, because they don't schedule themselves. Honestly, it's the managers fault or who ever schedules the employees. As soon as I got help I was gone within 10 minutes. Sandra asked my problem, I gave her the info and I was gone and completely satisfied the way she handled it. Would've been 5 stars if it didn't take an hour. Unfortunately it's a 30 minute drive from my house so the whole out of the way thing wasn't a nice add on but that's of course not anyone's fault. \n\nRecap, Sandra thank you for the help, management, try better with the schedules."^^ .
