"Yikes. I'm not really a one-star kinda gal, but my experience here was pretty irksome. I recently switched to Sprint from a far more expensive carrier so I could stop being economically assaulted every month. Sadly, when I received my phone, it would not activate. I walked my happy tush a mile down to this, my nearest Sprint store. Walked in. Got stared at. Awkwardly wandered. Got stared at. Not so much as a \"Hello\" or \"Be right with you\" was sent my way. I walked out after five minutes of this. Thankfully I got the activation situation figured out after bugging Sprint via social media, but this experience showed me I'm getting what I am paying for.
