I have done this job myself previously and watched the install closely. I was very impressed. Even though it took a little longer and they needed to use a few more parts, the price was as quoted over the phone. Here's the crazy part, you can find the same WH on the Internet for $1,400.00 and then try to muscle that beast around on your own. I'm moving soon and I will definitely be taking their advertising magnet with me. They are my choice for fair, clean, honest, plumbers.
