To begin with, it has more space and we did not need to get in the queue. We were seated immediately. We chose the table d'h\u00F4te prix fixe option that included: soup, salad, steak, fries and profiteroles. The soup that night was cream of leek and it was delicious! The salad was very nice and tasted less like walnut oil than the European restaurants. The steak was a nice quality with a tasty \"mustard\" sauce (as our server told us). The sauce was good, especially with the fries, but it was not the same \"secret herb\" green sauce of Paris and London. Surprisingly, we thought that the fries were even better here than Europe. Our serving was North American style, it's what you get on your plate, no second servings. The profiteroles were delicious even though they seemed colder than we are accustomed. It was my husband's birthday, so our dear server brought his profiterole with sparkler candles. It was a fun and delicious surprise.\n\nTo sum up in comparison to Le Relais de Venise...:\n\nSoup not served in Europe\nSalad - slight edge to Saint-Jean, Montreal\nSteak - Europe\nSauce - Europe\nFries - Montreal\nProfiteroles - it's a tie!"^^ .
