This time I decided to have them installed for me so I started to look for a company to do them for me. ( Needed 2 ). Looked at reviews etc and decided to call True View. Nikki answered the phone and was very knowledgeable and courteous. She gave me an estimate over the phone for the screen doors and fixing the actual patio doors which were sticking badly and had been getting worse for years. We set an appointment for a tech to come out to confirm measurements and all requirements so that an accurate quote could be given. He arrived on time after calling to confirm he was on the way, gathered details and left. Very quickly after that Nikki was back in touch with a detailed quote. The pricing was better than I expected so I said yes. They ordered all the parts and earlier this week scheduling called to confirm that yesterday between 11am and 4pm would be OK with me. I would be at work so my wife was handling things at home and the time was perfect for us. The tech called to say he was on the way, about 20 mins out, around 11:15 or so. Right on time. He arrived and started work. We have lived in our home for many years ( over 20 ). Our 2 patio doors have NEVER opened so smoothly as they do now after he fixed the sticking problems. My grandchildren can now open the doors easily and my granddaughter asked if we had bought new doors while she was at school. The screen doors are good quality and also open and close very smoothly. My wife was very impressed with the quality of the installers work and dedication to a job done well and right the first time. I am impressed by the quality of service and work provided as well as the actual screens and fixed doors. Every employee I spoke to at True View was polite, knowledgeable and professional at their job. More importantly, they gave me accurate information and never \"over promised or under delivered \".
