Friendly and efficient maintenance men. Central location. \n\nA few negatives are the office staff and the fact that there are always cars waiting to get through the gates late at night. I really like the security that I see walking around at night but I get crime reports of at least 3 robberies per week in the complex, which is really unsettling.
