Luna took down my information and said she would email me a quote the following day. After I didn't hear from Luna on Monday or Tuesday, I reached out to her and requested the status of my quote. I waited for another two days for a response, and didn't receive one, so I then reached out to another design consultant to explain the situation and request a quote, but again, no response. I was very interested in purchasing the sectional, but ultimately went with another option because of the complete lack of customer service. Very disappointing."^^ . "2"^^ . .
