"After a visit to the Summerlin Best Buy & not finding an item I was searching for I checked online where this location showed it was in stock.\n\nA drive down the 215 turned out to be a waste of time and gas. Sure enough, the shelf was empty where the desired item should've been. I asked for help & got an idiot who kept looking at the empty spot apparently waiting for something to magically appear. I asked if he could check their inventory via computer. He did & it showed to be in stock on their end as well. So the guy starts walking around the store looking on shelves where the item clearly had no place being. He said, it might be on a truck or in the back. After about 15 minutes he returns saying maybe they got stolen and offers to order me one.\n\nNow I remember why I haven't ventured into a Best Buy in over 3 years and buy my electronics via Amazon & Crutchfield. I can order them without the hassle of disappointment and frustration from big box store employees who never seem to help. Best Buy needs to follow the steps of Future Shop, Good Guys, etc... and go out of business!\n\nIt sseems like a place where 20 something employees hang around in packs talking to one another more than actually helping customers. So lesson learned, call beforehand to make sure the item you want that they show in stock is actually there and not \"stolen\" or misplaced. But good luck getting anyone to ever answer the phone."^^ . "1"^^ . . . .
