They are:\n- friendly\n- detail-oriented\n- thorough\n- professional\n- gentle with the teeth and gums\n\nToday was my first experience at this place for a check-up and regular cleaning, and here's my review:\n\n1. Once you walk in, front desk and everyone else there will smile and greet you nicely.\n\n2. The x-rays of your teeth are the most thorough I've ever experienced. They take 10+ x-rays and also a few pictures. The woman doing my x-rays was very professional and very nice; she obviously knew her job well.\n\n3. The dentist was also very nice and very professional, introducing herself with a firm handshake and smile. She went through all the x-rays and pictures of my teeth, explaining all the good and bad, at the same time making sure to answer any questions and concerns I had. Then she checked my sinuses and throat and made sure I had no infections and discomfort in surrounding areas. Lastly, she checked my teeth gently and thoroughly.\n\n4. The hygienist was also very nice and very professional, introducing herself with a firm handshake and smile as well. She made sure to be gentle with the cleaning and if there were any discomforts, simply let her know. If you're worried about rough, painful flossing and cleaning at the dentist, it seems this place is very gentle so no need to worry. She also noticed extra stuff while flossing, and proceeded to clean it more.\n\n5. We went to the back end of the front desk to pay and schedule further appointments, and they had chairs for the patients. The employees were on their lunch hour and there was only one woman at the front desk. She was very professional, and helped us and everyone who came in in a timely manner, with no one waiting too long. Everything was scheduled well and she also did a detailed recap to make sure everyone was on the same page."^^ . "0"^^ .
