I didn't think this was BAD but I guess I wasn't sure what it meant about what my experience would be like. \n\nWell, As a tenant, I've found First Serve Realty to be pretty awesome. They're not perfect, but they definitely have exceeded my expectations thus far in my first 6 months or so in the condo I'm currently renting.
