I walked in for the first time at the Hudson location with the intention of buying a Pandora item and ultimately was not greeted by the staff and I had to ask for help and to be sized for a ring. There was no one in the store and the women carried on their conversation at the counter. Having worked at a boutique at First & Main, I found this extremely disappointing and quite honestly unprofessional and judgmental. Quality items and a beautiful store but definitely lacking in the customer service area which is usually the most important part of the consumer experience."^^ .
