So I was very upset when I went in for my reoccurring nail appointment this morning only to be greeted with a \"We are so sorry, we don't have your number to call you, we have to reschedule your appointment.\" \n\nFirst of all, my appointment was ALREADY rescheduled after I received a phone call letting me know my usual nail technician quit. So I was going in to try a new nail technician and then this on top of it. Extremely unprofessional. I have now been forced to rearrange my schedule today so I can go somewhere else to get my nails done. I also don't live near this location, but it is close to my place of business, so I have also wasted my gas as well today. There should be an option to give no stars. I will NEVER go to this nail salon again or refer my friends/clients."^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ .
