I came here in hopes that they'll know how to deal with my Asian hair but left super disappointed and dissatisfied considering I paid $500 for my \"ash blonde hair\".\n\nFirst, upon arrival Yasuka, the hairdresser asked me if I wanted to cut my hair. I told her I only wanted a trim - to lightly dust off my split-ends so there isn't much of a difference to the length of my (long v-cut) hair. But, she ended up cutting 2 inches and I was charged $65 for a blunt, straight, ugly hair cut. \n\nThe language barrier was also very difficult. She didn't advise me, explain nor did she understand what I was saying. Communication is key when you're paying $500 and making drastic changes to your hair! Please don't make the same mistake of trusting this salon with your hair. \n\nI was very iffy about bleaching my hair twice as I still wanted to maintain the health and integrity of my hair. But she suggested I do so (on the same day) therefore we proceeded. She then toned my hair... \n\nFast forward, I ended up having sliver, green blonde hair. Since my hair wasn't pale yellow I'm assuming when it was mixed with the blue toner it made my hair green. I ended up having a SEAWEED GREEN brown/blonde ugly hair colour with no lustre. Oh, not to mention.. They also got bleach on the back of my cardigan. \n\nI left super disappointed with my hair cut + hair colour. I spent weeks trying to get the green colour out with head and shoulders shampoo. But it didn't work and the green always peaked through even when I dyed it darker. I ended up dying my hair red to neutralize it and now it's whatever. \n\nI can't believe I spent $500 at this place. Please find a different salon for BETTER PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I mean it's not cheap here. I was expecting high quality but no, she has no idea what she is doing."^^ . "10"^^ .
