The waiting area is a bit small, but they move people quickly in and out of the waiting area so it is not too congested. The massage area is in another section of the building which brings you through the wine bar. The room I got was set up for a couple's massage so it was quite spacious. They had hooks and a small couch for you to put your personal items. There was a cd player playing relaxing instrumental music. Although the player I had kept skipping, and hearing other rooms door slamming, it was a bit distracting. My massage therapist Arriann, did ask if I wanted any particular areas pin pointed during the massage. It was a good massage. Definitely will go back."^^ . .
