So I made reservation by phone & was quoted $143, when I checked in this am I was told that I had to pay $165!  When I informed the clerk he said no that the fee  $165 is correct & was rude about it!\nThe following was additional issues with this hotel!\n2.  Bathtub faucet falling off wall.\n3.  Hot water scalding.\n4.  HBO advertised as an amenity & no HBO\n5.  Internet too slow when working!\nCalled costumer service to resolve the room fee issue & was on hold for 30 minutes, as this is the time it takes for me to go to work & was on hold the entire ride!\n*Resolution:  I'd like a credit for $25 for the overage I paid when I was quoted $143!
