The jury is still out in my opinion.\nI agree that the office staff needs customer service training. BIG TIME. They are brusque and unfriendly. \nUnlike the reviewer Susan T., my visit with Dr. Chen-Tsai was a whirlwind. Within 10 minutes, she came bustling in, showed me a paper with information how melanoma occurs (I have had several), told me I should get genetically screened, too quickly (in my opinion) reviewed my skin while reporting her findings to her staff member, but not me. She did tell me she was a hawk when it came to finding melanoma. There is some kind of competition in the dermatology world. I asked her about another issue on my nails, I felt she brushed me off without truly investigating it. \nShe found a mole that she wanted to remove and without telling me, she stuck me with lidacaine and cut it out and slapped a bandaid on it. No warning. No post care instructions. Just, \"someone will call you with the results\". \nI will go back in 6 months and form my opinion going forward. She may be good at finding melanomas, but I may have to find another dermatologist to see about anything else.\nI was disappointed."^^ . . "0"^^ .
