When calling to set an appointment for my DOT physical I was told no appointments were needed. When arriving at 9:15am for my physical I was given a clipboard with documents to fill out and a wait time of 2hrs. Then when called back to the window for additional documents I was then given an additional 3hr wait time. I asked the receptionist, \"Is it an additional hour wait?\" Her response, \"No that's on top of what we gave you earlier because you don't have an appointment.\" So a 5-6hr wait after I paid in cash for my physical. The staff was very disconnected to the needs of the patients, slow in response, but quick to take their patients copays, etc. Sad to say I left before I could get what I initially came for and the staff was hesitant to refund my money."^^ .
