"1"^^ . . "1"^^ . "0"^^ . . "I went to the silver nugget to bowl with my family earlier today and I was bombarded with bad customer service. I gave the cashier $3 in change in order to receive 3 dollar bills to buy my family something from the snack bar\n. The cashier (an older short grey haired African woman) angrily pushed the change back at me said we don't take all this change! Honestly she was mad downright rude and unapologetic about it. I asked her if I could speak with a manager about it bc I just needed 3 dollar bills. She called security and a manager to the cage. The manager came and talked to her and I about the issue and he asked her if she would take my change and she quickly agreed. She gave me $2 instead of 3 and I told her she owed me another dollar. She gave me the other dollar and said to me \"whatever big girl\". I started to walk away but turned back around to ask her why she'd call me that. That's when the manager Dominick came and told me to talk to him outside. Outside he told me to go leave and don't come back and I asked him why I'm just here bowling with my family I don't understand how this escalated so quickly all from the cashiers horrible customer service. That she called me a big girl and called security on me all bc she didn't feel like taking my 3 dollars in change. There are no signs or anything about not taking change or a certain amount of change. The manager was very one sided defensive and uncaring. Honestly I have never experienced customer service this bad. I suppose the manager was doing his job but he did not care what happened he just focused on kicking me out The casino..The cashier was rude called me out my name and was completely unprofessional. The manager also made me walk all the way around to the other entrance just to join my family in the bowling area. This completely ruined my experience at the silver nugget."^^ .
