He called back within an hour, and he worked around our schedule to take care of the tree that week. He and his team did a really professional job getting the tree down safely, and cleaning up the work afterward. We had to keep the stump, as it had become a part of a retaining wall over the years, and he had the foresight to leave a really nice-looking clean cut on the stump, so the finished project looks great."^^ . .
