She said they have a service call appointment available between 5-9 for a $59.95 trip fee. I told her I would need to speak to my husband. I called back and talked to Anna to schedule the appointment for tonight who told me there wasn't anything available. I told her I just spoke to Erica who said there was. She came back and said she could get us in but it would be closer to 9. I said that was fine. After she got all of my info she said she didn't have anything available until tomorrow because our unit is working. I told her it was running loud and seemed to be not cooling as well and that I have a toddler and a dog in the home and I wanted to get it checked out before something happened.
