They contacted me about using their services, I provided them with paperwork for a emergency room visit. All that was supposed to happen was a transfer of records...not only did they not get a response back from the dr. They failed to follow-up and check...that seven days crap is exactly that. Once I contacted KAREN...she told me that the records hadn't been submitted and it could easily be fixed by me. What the hell I pay them for...? I tell her because of the mix up, I will have to wait an additional time to receive my meds. She suggests what can she do for me...I say get me my medication. Her response was I don't have a card myself and I'm not a DRUG DEALER, now I am insulted that an employee of an certification center...whose primary purpose is to recommend patients to doctors for medical reasons. Is not qualified or educated enough on the subject and has the audacity to say that to a patient. Who has not only been denied quality service, but the very medicine that her employer....oh I'm sorry KAREN says she's in charge over there. Advertises that they can connect PATIENTS with the medical products they need, only to make the same MEDICAL patients have to wait and suffer through delays.
