The car was not cleaned or detailed.  I thought the dashboard was supposed to be dull but when I cleaned my new clean car and cleaned the dashboard, it was nice and shiny.  \nAll the dealer did was just remove the white shipping film and called it clean.\nThey didn't even give me a full tank of gas.\nI didn't even receive a key chain!!\n\nMy friend just purchased the same model car from Dixie and 401 and the car was detailed, washed, filled with gas and free keychain.  \n\nService managers at this location don't know the product they are servicing.
