Uber app says 15 minutes so while I wait in the hot hot hot airport parking structure at approximately 14 minutes my phone beeps and the Uber app says the driver has cancelled my ride and for me to place another Uber request.\n\nSo here I go back to square one, place another Uber pick-up request and wait another 15 minutes. Thankfully this second driver showed up.\n\nSo although I'm peeved at the first driver bailing on me, all is now good that is until I arrive back home and find an email receipt where Uber charged me $5.15 for a trip cancellation. WTH... the Uber driver flakes out on me, I have to place a second Uber pick-up request and for this Uber charges my cc $5.15 again WTH.\n\nI use Ubers website to complain and I'm given $5.00 credit on my Uber account. Hey Uber what makes you think I'm going to use you again? You did not provide a service but charged my credit card, that is illegal but I suspect you realize that 9 out of 10 people will just accept this and so far you are correct. I have yet to contact my bank to request a chargeback which will most likely cost you more than the $5 you stole from me, but don't think I still wont do it.\n\nSo in a nutshell, Uber your flaky driver and your poor customer service has cost you more than the $5 you stole from me. There is another ride share service out there and don't think for one second that I wont be one of the many people telling friends, family, co-workers what I think about Uber."^^ . "0"^^ .
