A difficult but fun workout where you are guaranteed to burn a lot of calories. The instructors all are very knowledgable and very positive and inspire you to push yourself! The workouts itself have been different every time, and I especially love that they incorporate several muscle groups during an exercise that ensures you get the best workout in 45 minutes.
