. "1"^^ . "1"^^ . . "I was contacted by Conns and spoke to jadmine on Sunday July 22 around 1pm. Jasmine works in there collections Department. Jasmine advised me that's I was behin 2 payments which I explained I understood it was due to health ailment. The Jasmine assured me that they would be happy to help find a solution for me to help bring my account up to date. She then offered me an payment assistance program that would be for $324.65 which if I paid would bring my account to date. I explained to Jasmine I would only be able to afford to pay $300 because I also had an electric bill that was passed due of over $300 and I had to pay towards that bill. Jasmine placed me on hold and went to talk to her manager (supposedly) she then came back to the phone and said ok not a problem I got the program approved for the amount of $300 by my manager. This will bring up up to date by paying this amount and your next bill will not be due until August 20. Great that conversation ended. The very next day I kept receiving phone calls I ignored them as per my conversation I was being placed on a payment program and figured it was the weekend they just entered the information and probably hadn't had a chance to update the system yet. Again the next day I kept getting more phone calls, I at this point started to get frustrated but thought I will give it another day. On July 25th I received more calls, I finally picked up and spoke to Dana explained t her that Jasmine had placed my on this payment program, she stated oh yes I see that, sorry about the call and we hung up. July 26th again I'm continually getting more calls, this time speaking to Wendy whom was extremely rude I explained her the same thing and she's basically told me oh well I owe x amount of money and she needed to take payment. I hung up on her due to her being rude and called back, spoke to Jesse , he then transfered me to a manager Sabrina, I explained to her the situation and she advised me That the information Jasmine provided was incorr Ct they need to collect the additional $24.65 otherwise my payment plan won't be acceptable. I explained I don't have an extra $24.65 she stated that she would request that the $24.65 be placed at the end of my loan and she would have the phone calls stop until we received a resolution. I never got a response/resolution phone call and the calls continued so I called again I asked to talk to the manager Sabrina and NO ON HAD ANY IDEA who this person was. I then spoke to Daniel, Daniel stated that no notes existed on the account from this supposed Sabrina. I asked to speak to a manager AGAIN and this is when I spoke to Jennifer another supposed manager. I explained throughly my entire situation who I talked to dates & times. Jennifer then stated she was going to place in a new request. Jennifer also stated that she would intact stop the phone calls until a resolution was reached, she stated that she would have someone call me back on Monday July 31st. So here we are Today July 31st and no phone call. So again I called, asked to speak to a manager and got a new \"manager\" as well named Jennifer. She wasn't helpful, all she cared about was collecting my money which leads me to believe that she's not a manager she was probably just a person on an escalation team and says they are a manager. She basically forced me to pay the $24.65 which I explained to her was going to cause my account to go negative because there's no money in it at all. So I set up payment because I had NO CHOICE. I was LIED TO, the company representative provided FALSE information, stated that they got approval for something that they intact did not. They have caused me stress, anxiety, and didn't care about anything expect for getting more money from me. They intentionally caused harm to my health & well being. They provided NO RESOLUTION FOR THE FALSE INFORMATION I WAS GIVEN. They have let me now in a bind because my account is going to be negatively affected with the payment they insisted they had to have after someone told me otherwise.
