My sister and I spent the afternoon here and neither of us were impressed. Specifically:\n\n1. We were asked to wait at the beverage bar but I was never offered a drink (even a water) in 2+ hours. \n\n2. I brought extensions to use in an updo (I requested a sleek ponytail). While my stylist was sweet, she didn't know how to use them (in a high end, pricey salon I would think extensions aren't uncommon, right!?). I ended up doing my own hair and Claude walked by on multiple occasions. He didn't smile or ask if everything was okay. I didn't want to embarrass the stylist and didn't complain but fault Claude for not acknowledging that I was doing my own hair while his stylist passed me the hairspray. I paid $100 (plus a tip) to do my own hair. \n\n3. My sister had a color service by Claude and her hair turned out terrible. Think brassy, striped, 90s esque Kelly Clarkson looking hair. Not good. It took a looong time. And it cost $1,000. \n\nOn a positive note, I also had my makeup done and the makeup artist was talented, warm and lovely. She was the bright spot in the experience."^^ .
