She is fun, great to work with and she is dependable. Every time I get back from a trip, there is a handwritten log of every visit that has taken place with details of Gisele's demeanor, activities they did together, amount of food eaten, litter activity, etc... Margie and her team are very well organized. I just call or text the dates I am leaving and they put me on the calendar. They have not ever missed a scheduled visit and always check in with me when I get home for the hand-off.
