The women who was suppose to be representing AT&T did not give me a single care for my needs. She was beyond rude I was getting an upgrade and I also needed help with my new phone, and I kid you not this women rolled her eyes at me and showed me that AT&T does not live up to their outstanding customer service that they have the nerve to advertise all over. I would of never switched from my previous phone provider if Someone would of told me that AT&T customer service at the actual stores where untrained for there jobs. If you come here you won't get the help you deserve and if you asked any questions about your phone AT&T employees get agitated, if you ask them to look into your account for any reason they can't hear you. This location is the nearest but I refuse to come here any more I will take a drive to the second nearest because I refuse to get mistreated and I'm not trying to be a pain either but I'm the consumer I do pay for my services and all I was asking yesterday was for a little service.
