Every time you want to access your account your must offer up your first born child... Exaggeration? only slightly, as you must constantly input code words and almost always get locked out. \nI visited today and several \"children\", the staff, were running around laughing, giggling, and flirting with one another. I signed in and had a seat. When I was approached by an employee who sat down two feet from me, I was not acknowledged, but instead she got on the computer. Finally, she asked me if she could help, I informed her i would like to get a new debit card as i could not find mine....I said \"Lost\". \n\nShe said, \" You know it is an $11.00 fee if you lost it.\" I said, \"Well what if it was stolen?\" She replied, \"You already said you lost it....sorry!\" \n\nI said, \"so its $11.00 if I say I lost it, but not if stolen? The card is gone....how do I know how it disappeared? She again said, \"Sorry\" with a bitchy attitude. I told her fine, I want to withdraw the balance and close the account\". Which she replied with attitude, \"You want to close your account over $11.00?\" I said \"Yes\"!\n\nThen she said, \"Well you'll have to go to the teller. I dont do that.\" \n\nI did just that, removed all of my money. What a joke!\n\nThis is a horrible credit union. Seriously consider other options as this organization offers nothing but poor service and mediocre, at best, options for your financial needs. \n\nTry somewhere else as these folks SUCK!!!!\n\nGood riddance!"^^ .
