Your mechanic called me said we have to check the fuel tank, initial testing fee is $40 + tax. I agreed to pay but I told him smell is coming from the engine \"why you want to check the fuel tank? \"\n\nLater they quoted me $989.89 for replacing the fuel pump. I declined the service. \n\nWhen I went to pickup the vehicle they charge me $47.71. When I checked my car I found 2 gasket on the seat floor. I went back showed them one. He said \"They will put back in \" . Your mechanic took the car and returned in less than 5 minutes. I asked the front desk guy, How can they fix the gasket in less than 5 minutes? \n\nI went to the car I found the gasket lying on the floor, they did not do anything \"your mechanic threw away my gasket\" just returned the car to me. I showed the gasket to the front desk guy.\n\nGasket has 5 screws they can not fix it in 5 min this is ridiculous. Now I am getting bad smell when I am driving on the road it is coming from the fuel tank cover seal. I want full refund I am going to dispute the charges.\n\nOther mechanic said only cleaning required for the engine there was oil on bottom side, We cleaned it now there is no smell from the engine . Your company mechanics are not doing the right job. \n\nCalled the customer service on 10/18/16 ,  called me and he was rude and said I will send you refund in a week but I did not receive  so far.\n\nNove 9th I called the customers service left message , I got call back on 11/10/16 By Dan,  he said they will look in to it and call me back but I never got call back or received any refund. \n\n\nThis Flecher's Tire & Auto chandler is doing wrong full business, to fix my car I have to buy the gasket it costs me around $150 .
