But unfortunately there is very little that went well. \n\nI was on the hunt for all new home appliances, starting off with a refrigerator. I have cupboards that are fairly low, but a very wide spot to fill. The search for a short and wide fridge was not easy, especially not wanting to break the bank with so many more appliances I needed to buy. With so many options of refrigerators I had not yet seen in the dozen of stores I visited, I was so happy to find Sears Outlet. My boyfriend and I spent a good hour or more browsing appliances and narrowing down to 2 refrigerators. Me being indecisive decided to wait a few days and do research on the two I liked. \n\nAfter my research and visiting the North Las Vegas store to make sure there were no others I'd prefer, we find out all locations are having a sale of 17% off. Seems like perfect timing to go back and buy the one I wanted. \n\nSO we get there and all the refrigerators were marked up 17% (I took photos the first day off the ones I liked).. Shady! Don't have a sale if it's not really a sale.. the fact that they did that made me question buying from them.. \n\nAs I'm walking to the car I'm looking on their website when I see one that I didn't see anywhere on the floor (I knew only because nothing was listed under $900 that day and this one was listed $500 something) we go back into the store and ask one of the sales reps. He leads us to where it is and it's priced at $1800!! He grabs the tag and says he'll double check the price. He comes back and says yes this is the correct price (however has a new printed ticket with $600 something) and says after the discount it will be the price it says online... CHECK PRICES ONLINE BEFORE! They will try to sell it for you higher otherwise.. Both my boyfriend and I saw the ticket before, it did not say that at all.. \n\nAnyways, after another week of having no luck, I decide I'm going to suck it up and buy the one I originally wanted. To my surprise it was priced ONLINE (refused to go in that store again) for $50 lower than the original price I ever saw it for. Description said like new. Pictures showed no damage... Sold. $616, after tax and $80 delivery/installation (they had told us the first visit installation was included with delivery) it came to $750.. Perfect. \n\nWhen it arrives they two guys were an hour after there time frame. No big deal I guess... I'm in the living room letting them do there thing, they tell me they are done and I go check it out. There is a huge scuff on the bottom of a handle to the point you can feel the sharp edges. I am so annoyed about that (and figured they did there job) that I didn't check that the ice maker wasnt hooked up. They leave and I begin to examine the fridge. 2 missing fridge door bins, a missing fridge shelf and a missing freezer shelf. With all those purchases and replacing the handle it would cost about $130 minimum buying used off ebay.. then I realize the ice maker wasn't hooked up. What an annoying experience. \n\nI 100% understood all items purchased from there were as is. BUT false advertising is unacceptable. It was not \"like new\" with a ding on the handle. The photo online was so far away you couldn't notice something like that. Nor were there any photos of the inside showing missing shelves. \n\nSo annoyed, I emailed corporate. They gave me a $50 refund. Hahahaha... Thanks Sears Outlet.\n\nNever again."^^ . . . . "0"^^ . "1"^^ .
