The representative I worked with was Tim Friederich and he did an outstanding and thorough job of explaining everything they would do, suggested features I should consider and was very professional. In addition to Tim the installation crew (5) was very professional, friendly, prompt and left the areas perfect upon completion. From custom fabricating a piece to make a unit fit in a very tight spot to the overall look and operation of the units Wolff did a great job. Wolff Mechanical was one of 4 companies I met with and received quotes--they were not the least expensive but they were the one I was most comfortable with--largely due to Tim. I am very satisfied.
