Emailed before store open hours and received a response about an hour before their official opening which was a pleasant surprise. I went to the Waxhaw location. After a quick diagnostic I was told about 15-20 min to replace the glass as that was all he believed needed to be done. Sure enough, right on time, he was done and everything works great. No problems He also made sure everything was intact and working properly before returning it to me. Reasonable quote and that's what I paid. The gentleman who took care of me was polite and had good communication with me, no complaints. The storefront is sparse inside.
