I bought this vehicle because of it's low mileage and the that it was an executive vehicle driven by a Volvo employee. Volvo of Phoenix needed to fix 3 problems on the car, missing second key, scratch on rear bumper, and balance the tires. We also require a extended warranty of 5 years and 70,000 miles. We did get the second key. The wheel balance was never done because they felt the car didn't need it. The paint was touched up with touchup paint and not repaired as described to me the Salesman. The body shop was to sand down the area and repaint. They used a touchup paint that did not match the bumper. The extended warranty, which costs almost $1900 was rejected by the warranty company. I called the fianc\u00E9 manager who said he'll take care of it, but 3 weeks later after several calls I got a check from the Dealer for the full amount of the extended warranty contract. I also spoke to the Customer service person regarding my other concerns and she told me she would check with sales and I never heard back."^^ . "2017-06-07T00:00:00"^^ . . "0"^^ . "0"^^ .
